Yoga is so much more than a physical practice, we could say it’s an “innercise” rather than an “exercise”. Today’s society is overly focused on “doing”. We take pride in our busyness and this, combined with attachment to our devices, can lead to unnecessary stress and tension, which in turn can lead to a variety of health issues.

Yoga allows us time to “be”. It can help us slow down, breathe more effectively, calm the mind and to see the world a little differently. Paying attention to our breath and our bodies brings us into the present, the only place we can truly be.

I believe wholeheartedly that everyone belongs in Yoga regardless of age, abilities, size, shape, strength, mobility or experience. There is a place for you here!

I offer in-person classes, livestreams and on-demand content in a variety of Yoga formats, including Hatha, Yin, Hatha-Flow, Restorative, Bender Ball and Chair Yoga.
