Livestreams

Intermediate Hatha Yoga Livestreams, most Mondays 7-815pm. 

Lynnwood and Aldergrove classes be livestreamed.

Accessed through my online studio, all livestreams are included with a 30 day membership, or choose a Daypass or class card.

Community Classes

Classes held at Aldergrove Community League and Lynnwood Community Hall.  Hatha and Yin classes available.

Most sessions are $75 for 5 classes.  Drop in available for all classes at $20/class. 

I am unable to offer refunds or credits however missed classes can be made up at any of my other community classes or I can offer you a livestream recording  of the missed class(es) instead.
